Kids' Profiles - Kylie Campbell
Five-year-old Kylie Campbell resides in the Hunter region of NSW and
will be a recipient of funding from the 2009 Kilometres for Kids
event. Kylie's family have required an immense amount of assistance recently. With two other young children, the family is struggling financially and requires assistance to provide Kylie with the vital equipment necessary to give her an improved quality of life. Kylie has Cerebral Palsy and through the Kilometres for Kids
ride, the John Maclean Foundation will be providing Kylie with a new modified bike that will give her the freedom to pursue recreational activities and an increased level of independence. Kylie and her
family will attend the K4K dinner at the Crowne Plaza Hunter Valley on
Saturday October 17 to meet the riders and receive her new bike.
