Rider Profile - Michael Costello
Sydney's Michale Costello is returning for his second crack at the Sydney-Hunter Valley Kilometres for Kids ride, after joining us for the 2008 edition. It was an interesting ride for Michael! Riding what some would describe as a 'clunker', Michael experienced some mechanical issues with his 8-speed bike and jumped on one of the spare bikes which just happend to be about two sizes two small for him! But that didn't seem to matter and Michael rode over 400 Kilometres on a tiny compact frame with his knees resting up against his chest and finishing stringly every day. A huge effort!
